Refund policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your Mudjug, simply return the NEW & UNUSED Mudjug within 14 days for a full refund.

Send your Unused Mudjug and a request for a refund in writing along with your Mudjug. Please also include the name, order number, and e-mail address of the person who originally placed the order, as well as the method of payment used so that we can verify the account.

All shipping costs related to the return of products will be paid by the customer. No Exceptions. Used or "washed" Mudjugs will be THROWN AWAY and NO REFUND will be issued.
